For Cardhop 1.3 on Mac, there isn't as much new stuff as the iOS version, but it's still a good update. You're able to show nicknames in contact lists, send group messages with the parser, have access to the templates when adding new smart groups, and other various fixes and improvements. Cardhop integrates with your existing contacts database on iOS, but the app also supports tapping into external directories of contacts stored on services like G Suite or Exchange. From Cardhop’s Settings ⇾ Directories you can add a directory to easily locate both personal and work contacts. My recommendations: 1. Watch their short video. Download the demo. Cardhop is definitely worthy of your time. One more thing: Apple's Contacts app has been so uninteresting that I ignored a double iCloud group listing for years. Even though this was obviously an Apple/User problem, Flexibits support stepped up and solved my issue.
